getting a handshake alarm every time i run a program thats longer than about 2 mintues, any ideas whats going on?

Check that flow control is enabled in dnc setup. Usually XOn/XOff

Try increasing 'Block Delay'. Put it up to the biggest number. This is likely to make everything work much slower but see if you can run for longer than 2 minutes. Then reduce the block delay a few steps.

What baud rate do you have?
