I found it... the "my commerce" website mixed up my remodnc emails with another digital item I purchased some time back! I ended up trying to communicate with adobe rather than easydnc...

Yes. We use the same payment processing system as Adobe as well as many other leading software companies. Although the email about licence keys comes directly from us immediately - ie as soon as the payment completes. Glad to hear you got your licence keys.
