When I send my program to my control it doesn't show up. It says it's sent but nothing at the machine. What am I doing wrong?

Try sending a program from the control back to the computer. I know that isn't the direction you want to go but it's often easier to diagnose problems in that direction.
Does anything arrive on the computer display? Even garbage?
